V7 Excel Payslip Template Program 2023-24/5 tax rates

For Micro Companies or startups with few staff where a simple payslip is required and no history is accumulated.

The South African 2023 - 2025 Tax tables are loaded and  calculate automatically.  (March 2023 to February 2025)

Statutory calculations for PAYE, UIF and Medical Tax Credits are included in this easy to use template.

The software is unlocked by a purchased software key  and can only be used on one computer.

The program can be saved for each staff member so that you don't have to capture their information each time a payslip is needed. Rename the program to the name of the employee and run multiple instances of the program.

NOTE: this is a tool and is not a substitute for a payroll program because it is limited to single payslip calculations without accumulating history

Software requirements : Microsoft  64 bit operating systems only on stand alone computer - NOT network/cloud/virtual drive compatible

This template requires Microsoft excel to be loaded but  the template program is loaded as a separate program with its own desktop shortcut.

After installing and licensing the program, click on the Shortcut it created. (Trying to access it from Excel  will produce an error because it has been compiled into a program. Use the program (.exe) file as if it was a spreadsheet - as long as the type remains .exe it can be renamed for each employee.)

A unique computer code is generated and the user sends that code to us. We then send back an unlock/activation code that is pasted into the installation program to unlock the software.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive an activation code during busy times.

This installer will not work on Window Xp/vista Apple Mac OSx/Linux etc.

NB - Please note that only one activation code is given per item purchased.

It allows use on one computer only (not network, local drive only) and if you install it  on another computer or Virtual Drive you will need to purchase another license.

To check the file, run windows powershell and type in this command: eg if the file was downloaded to the c:\downloads folder:
