The Employee Self Service system is loaded on our secure server and tailored to your needs.
Data is refreshed from the live Payroll and HR system once a month via easy extracts.
User Names and passwords are allocated and strictly controlled.
An employee can view or edit his information only.
Screens and fields are setup according to your requirements, or use our default and we can make changes as you go.
Staff can:
- View Non Financial information
- Edit Non Financial Information that is e-mailed automatically to the payroll operator.
- View Payslip Earnings and Deductions History per month in a table for this tax year
- View leave balances
- Apply for leave and manager can approve leave and more
Administrators can:
- Add users
- Import and Export
- Capture leave applications for staff that do not have email or computer access
Managers can:
- View their Department's Payroll and HR information
- View leave balances
- Set performance related questionnaires and outcomes
- Decide on leave applications with automated emails of forms communicating the decision and populating leave records for payroll.
This service is charged per user per month with a minimum fee.
A strict Security policy applies.
